Description
STAUB mini cast iron cocottes are versatile and beautiful. Heat small quantities on the stove, bake single-portion desserts in the oven, or serve your favorite mac & cheese recipe in elegant individual servings. Like STAUB’s full-sized cocottes, the mini cocottes feature a heavy, self-basting lid so food is always moist, tender, and full of flavour.
Made in France, STAUB cast iron possesses exceptional heat-retaining qualities, so the cocottes heat evenly throughout. Designed to elegantly transition from oven to table, the quality cast iron lets you cook and serve in the same dish. Available in a range of colours, the STAUB minis are petite, elegant counterparts to their larger versions.
