Description
Enjoy the flavor of grilled food any time of the year with STAUB’s enameled cast iron grill pans. To barbecue a premium cut of meat, many experts recommend a grill pan. STAUB’s grill pan is a healthy way for you to fry or grill meat, fish, and vegetables while retaining the characteristic barbecue aroma. Available in a variety of colors, STAUB makes indoor grilling effortless and elegant.
The pan is square-shaped with a practical short handle. The cooking surface is ridged to give food that characteristic grilled look. The American grill pan measures 30 cm x 30 cm (12 in x 12 in) and is 4.7 cm (2 in) high. The enameled cast iron interior has exceptional heat retention qualities, heating evenly throughout. When it’s time to serve, you can bring this attractive pan straight to the table thanks to the double handles that provide easy oven-to-table transport. The ridges keep the food elevated, so fat drains away.
Rooted in French culinary heritage, STAUB cookware is beloved by professional and home chefs for its exquisite craftsmanship, exceptional performance, and timeless beauty. Each piece of STAUB cookware effortlessly transitions from the oven to the table – you can cook and serve in the same dish. These heirloom pieces can be lovingly passed from generation to generation.
