Directions (Dosage)

• Take as recommended by your health professional. Adults, take 2 capsules once daily with breakfast. Adolescents and children (6 years and older), take 1-2 capsules once daily. If you are taking antibiotics, take Bio-K+ at least 2-3 hours after taking antibiotics.
• Helps to improve quality of life in people with diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome. To preserve the enteric coating properties, do not chew, crush or open the capsules.

Cautions and Warnings

If symptoms of digestive upset (e.g., diarrhea not associated to IBS) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult a health care professional. Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children 5 years and younger.

Do not use if you are experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Do not use if you have an immunocompromised condition (e.g., AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment).

Storage

50 billion CFU per capsule guaranteed until the expiration date when stored at room temperature, in a cool dry place.
