Description
Sharp knives are safe knives: They need less force when using and don’t slip. And now the ZWILLING SharpBlock with KIS Technology is here to make sure your FOUR STAR® knives are always the correct sharpness. The self-sharpening knife block protects your knives against damage and completely removes the need to sharpen them. You no longer have to think about when the right time to sharpen your knives is or how to do it correctly.
The knife block’s secret is found in the slots: Each slot for fine edged knives (paring, slicing and chef’s knives) has two built-in ceramic sharpeners arranged at the ideal sharpening angle. Each time you remove or replace a knife, its edge is automatically aligned and the knives are kept sharp and ready at all times without any additional effort. An excellent overview of which slot is for which knife is provided by simple pictograms.
The 7-piece knife block not only ensures a particularly long lifespan for your knives, it also makes an attractive highlight in your kitchen. The ash wood block with distinctive grain is furnished with a stainless steel cover for excellent resilience.
