The chef’s knife from the TWIN® Chef range is a versatile cutting implement, perfect for chopping herbs, cleaning vegetables or dicing meat or fish. The knife has an ergonomically shaped handle with a classic three-rivet design: it is reliable to use and can be held safely when cutting. As this knife is stamped, it is also extremely lightweight and comfortable to hold. The integral hand guard minimises the risk of fingers slipping on the blade and a continuous full tang delivers optimum balance when cutting. The 20 cm-long blade is made of high-quality ZWILLING special formula steel, a stainless steel that has undergone a unique ice hardening process. The FRIODUR® blade has excellent cutting edge retention and corrosion resistance.
